Stress is responsible for the single most common cause of working days lost in the UK than any other condition or illness, and it is a common cause of mental illness, such as anxiety.

Our web page, entitled Safe in Your Protective Capsule, provides an insight into the triggering of driving phobia. It also tells how drivers who are most vulnerable to developing driving phobia can be the most confident.

Dear Jules

I read this with great interest. I was a very confident driver and it was my 'safe house'. This item is extreamly useful and I really connect with it - thank you.
