It Had to be Worth a go – And it Was
Re line underline of heading, It Had to be Worth a go And it Was.

Hi Julian,

Just a few words to say thank you to Ride Drive, and in particular Andy for his patience and practical advice to help me on way to over coming my fear of driving.

When I first made contact with Ride Drive I had been suffering from a fear of driving in a multitude of different circumstances, mainly on dual carriageways and motorways, as a result of an accident that I had whilst on holiday.

My condition had been getting progressively worse over the six–years since the accident and I had tried several methods to overcome the fear of driving, including pushing myself just to get on and drive (this always ended in me feeling worse). I had various different forms of hypnotherapy, which did help in my understanding of the issues I was having, but didn’t give me the practical confidence that I needed.

Working with Andy over about 6–months (approx 10 sessions) we slowly built up my confidence by pushing the boundaries a little at a time and only when I felt comfortable to do so. And by the end I was driving for over 3–hours on dual carriageways, motorways in appalling weather conditions. This is something I never thought I would achieve.

Although I am still a little apprehensive at the prospect of a long journey, I now know that I could get to where I need to go and hope that in time I will become to enjoy driving as I once did.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone who suffers similar anxieties, as the way I looked at it, it had to be worth a go – and it was!

Julian, please use this for your promotion material, but please keep my details confidential.

Many thanks

Lee
