1:2 — The primary purpose of this website is to advertise the products and services of Ride Drive Limited, with the secondary function of providing useful and interesting information concerning road anxiety and driving phobia. This information is freely available and given in good faith on the understanding it will be used in an appropriate manner.

1:3 — Your use of this website will always be at your own risk, and whilst all reasonable efforts are made at all times to include accurate and up–to–date information, it has to be excepted that errors may occur. When taking advice from this website it should be understood that interpretations made by different people can have different meanings and therefore Ride Drive Limited can not accept any responsibility for any misinterpretation of information or advice.

1:4 — Ride Drive Limited, by the publication of this website, does not accept liability for errors, omissions, or the actions and decisions made by those reading this website, and which have been influenced by the information contained herein, nor will Ride Drive Limited accept any responsibility for any loss or damage suffered (whether in relation to computers, software, data or otherwise) being caused as a result of the use of viewing this Ride Drive owned website.

1:5 — Ride Drive Limited a great deal of time, effort and money into keeping all anti–virus software, and other mechanisms that combat malicious activity, up–to–date, and as such all reasonable attempts and vigilance are exercised to create a totally computer menace–free website viewing environment.
